Screw laying inside the plastic cap on the rear of the RH delivery pipe ? ? ?

1995 with the 3.0 V6 I found the screw just laying inside the plastic cap on the rear of the RH delivery pipe. Should I just screw it in till it seats ? Thanks !

As long as it is not leaking (the fuel evaporates quickly so don't expect a puddle; does it smell like gas?), you can put the screw back in. But only tighten it until it contacts the shell; if you "tighten" it you will nullify the damping effect, which is the whole purpose of that part.
