Run'n Rough

I've noticed the my 1991 4x4 Pickup 22re has started to run rough when it hits 2500 rpm. It's just a slight hesitating and a slight reluctance but I'm worried about it because it just started happening. I just changed my oil a few days ago at its regular 3k mi mark with its same oil & filter. I don't think a simple oil change would be the cause. Maybe it's just a coincidence. Oh yeah, it runs rough whether in gear or out. Thanks for yalls help!
