Rubber isolators for LC80 springs

For those of you who swapped out your stock 2nd gen 4Runner springs for LC80 springs, what did you use for the rubber isolators that the upper part of the spring rests on ie. what did you use between the truck's frame (upper mount) and the spring? Did you use the stock 4Runner isolator because this one is slightly smaller in diameter than the LC Spring therefore not seating properly.

No creaking metal on metal? I was thinking of not using isolators but thought there'd be some grinding going on.

Also, do you run rear bump stops with the LC coils? Mine have rusted out and I'm wondering if the LC coils will bottom out before the the bump stops would be... bumped? Therefore rendering them useless.
