Rough Idle

I have an 86 4Runner with a 22RE. I just put a brand new OEM TPS in and set it per the instructions I found on this site. This has fixed my transmission problems. Before I put in the new TPS I was getting 7 blinks from the check engine light which is the TPS. Now that I have replaced it I am getting 11 blinks, what does that mean? My problem now is that when I stop for a light or something the idle is very rough, like it is missing. If I sit at the light for lets say a minute the mis works it self out and it idles perfectly. Any ideas?

Did you set the timing after doing the TPS. If you can't set the timing, then your TPS may not have been set correctly.
