Rocker arm tappet question

So I have a couple questions maybe someone can help me with

How critical is it to have new rocker arm tappets on a new cam?

Can a low mileage set be machined back to work and if so what are the drawbacks?

Where would a good place to get a set be and what is a fair price to pay for a set?

They have to be honed to a certain roughness/finish in order for them to break in properly with the new cam. Don't know of any machine shops that can do it.

Use only genuine toyota rockers. The aftermarket rockers suck and are prone to failure.
