Removing interior Door Handle

So my back window are messed up. They go down a 3rd of the way fast, slow down to a crawl then speed up again right before the bottom.

What i need help with is how to take off the interior door handle. It won't budge?

Any suggestions on my windows or door handle

the door handle you have to slide it one way to get it to come out.. then there is a rod you need to pop off. pick up some silicone lube and use it on the window track. work it in good by rolling the window up and down..

Yep, one screw to take off for the door handle, then grab a hold of the handle, and slide in towards the front of the vehicle. Rotate the plastic clip holding the handle onto the rod to release it, and pop the rod off.
