I got OME 901's and it lifted the rear quite a bit. The stock shocks were at their upper limit, so I went to Off Road Warehouse and asked them what to get. They told me that Bilsteins would be a good match. So I took their word for it and ordered a set. I put them on later and find out that the ride is really stiff. It feels like a 3/4 or 1 ton truck.

So I look on the box and the label says 'Land Cruiser 80.' So I'm guessing that they just sold me longer shocks for a much heavier vehicle......

Does anyone else run this setup? I wish I had a local place were I could get OME shocks to fit the springs......

Just to let people know......because no one wanted to chime in for me......OME springs need to be matched with OME shocks.

N72F is the shock model for the 900-901 springs. Anything else rides like crap.

bilsteins ride different as is, especially on lighter vehicles, from what ive read their valveing is opposite of any other shock, it doesent get stiffer as the road gets bumpier instead its at its stiffest and fades slightly....thats what ive interpreted anyway
