Rear and front sag?

Rear and front sag?
91 4runner 3.0
I have heard about people putting a different coil spring in the back of there 4runners which one and where could I find it?
Also I plan to chop the back of my 4runner so I would suspect that the front is going to be a little lower. Is there anything to get and inch out of or something like that? The torsion bars are different than my Ford but can you crank a toyotas torsion bars?

Ok I did a little searching on here sorry.
I found the Ball joint spacers that sdori makes. How do ya'll feel about these does it not put more strain on the suspension?
Also my runners rear springs seem really worn. When you jump on the back the whole rear drops pretty bad. So it doesnt sound like the rear spacer would work so what other options do I have since I need to replace them?

If I go with ome springs then I would have to get the spacers to go along with the ball joint spacers.
Also i have heard on other sites the ball joint spacers broke there upper arms and were awful. Then I read on here they are the best thing in the world as far as money goes and for a simple level out.

Ok well how do you adjust the torsion bars on the 2nd gen runners? Different from my ford.
Also if I go with sdori bj spacers and 2" rear spacer with new stock rear springs I should be level right?
Or should I go with a different spring all together that will take care of sag and the lift I need to match the bj spacers?
Also after searching on downeys website they offer torsion bars. Will this give me a lift along with the rear?
REAR------WHEN IT REALLY COMES DOWN TO IT WHICH IS BETTER? A REAR LIFT WITH DOWNEY COIL SPRINGS? OR 2 INCH SPACER WITH STOCK?

Well, the best way for the rear is straight out replacment coils. You CAN go with 2" spacers which when combined with 1.5" bj spacers should give you a level ride.
Im not 100% what springs you can get for the 4runner, im a peecup guy I have heard downey springs like to sag back down quick..
To "adjust" the torsion bars you tighten or loosen the adjuster bolt at the end of the torsion bar (in the middle of the truck).
Downeys torsion bars are thicker which result in a rougher ride, unless you have a heavy front bumper and/or winch.. I would get the bj spacers (yes they are that good) and leave the torsion bars where they are.
Some guys add the spacers and back off the torsion bars to get back to stock height. This allows for a GREAT ride.

Ok Im going to purchase the bj spacers, 2 " spacers and NEW stock springs.
What your saying is I have the option with the bj spacers to drop it back down to stock height for a better ride. But I can install the bj spacers and rear coil springs spacer and adjust the torsion bar as needed right?

You can also get some airbags and just throw them right into the rear springs to take care of the sag. I have the same truck and am really trying to decide between air bags and just throwing new coils in the rear.
New rear coils will stiffen it up, along with the Bilstein's I plan to put in, but air bags will make the rear nice and adjustable for when I tow my boat or go down the beach, and I can have a nice Cadillac ride down the road on my way to work during the week.
Something just seems lame about shoving airbags in the 200K stock coils rather than throwing new coils in....tough choice, comparable price too.

I would recommend getting new 2" lift springs and BJ spacers. It will probably cost you the same, and you are achieving lift through springs, not a spacer. Plus you can get some really nice riding springs that come in a 2 inch lift.
