Re-jet a stock 22R carb with aftermarket Headers

Hi! I'm new to the forum so I dunno if something like this has been posted before. I have a remanufactured 22R motor with a .020" over bore engine that I will be installing in a 2WD 1988 truck. I bought a TRD Header for and plan on using the stock intake a carb for this engine. My question is this: what size jets do I need to put in the carb so it runs normal? I do not want it to run too lean at the top end nor do I want it to run too rich and clog up my catalyic converter and screw up my emissions. Thanks!
