Rain leaking under glovebox while driving

1994 hilux has a drip that occurs only while driving in the rain. It drips on the passenger side, under the glovebox. It just misses getting the ECU wet but the A/C relay catches hell. I've replaced it once. Now I know why it failed. I can't find a leak around the windshield, and it's not condensation from the A/C. Has anyone had water coming from inside the fender well?

Water splashing through the hole where antenna goes into the cab? where wiring harness goes into the cab? Rust in the cowl area?

The truck can sit parked in pouring rain with no leak, but start driving and it leaks.

Look inside the cowl in front of your windshield and see if there is alot of debris there. I seen one with a rust hole from trash sitting there. You will need to remove your wiper blades to remove the cowl.

These trucks are known for getting rust around the windshield. I had to have a windshield pulled and cleaned the channels where it sits and seal it up to fix it.

Hey thanks to all who offered advice last week. I took off the cowl and saw a twisted looking area of the windshield gasket I used some clear spray sealant with several passes after dry each time. No more leak!!
I really appreciate all of you and how willing everyone is to help.
