The difference is rear ABS to none ABS as well as auto to manual naturally not AC. The ABS rads are mounted higher (clear abs lines) so an older rad will hit the ABS power steering lines.

I was hoping that the OP was asking if a 89 V-6 runner 3 core rad would fit in a 94 22re truck.
Because that is my question....

YFZ, Most 90-95's had the rear abs. The modulator is on the passenger side frame rail and you can see the lines run over to the PS pump.
I am not sure about the V6 stuff. The mounting will be the same but not sure about the inlet outlet position. The bodies are the same between the V6 and 4 but not sure on the piping locations. I new buy 3slow trucks...........
