what kind of problems am i going to run into????

I just read something about this a while ago. Try searching "rebuilding r150" or something.

I believe you will need something like this to adapt the trans to your engine. Another thing to think about is if you want to keep your gear driven case (unless you are automatic or g58 right now) which would be a whole nother adapter and maybe a little crossmember work.

All you need is a 22RE turbo bellhousing and I think a different clutch disk. All bolt on.
