quick rear bearing help

One of my rear bearings went out a few days ago, finally got around to taking it apart and it was disintegrated.
Going to a machine shop tomorrow to get the new ones pressed in, but I'm still a little confused.
There is no inner outer bearing? Just one per wheel, and they come pre-greased from toyota?
I picked up all the stuff I need from Toyota, they look like I don't need to pack them, but when I pulled out one of the axles it looked packed (the old non-disintegrated one), as there was lots of axle grease on and around it...
What am I missing here...?

I'm assuming I don't need to pack them, and there is only one per side, instead of a usual inner and outer. Correct?

I read that before posting, as well as many others. I have never used sealed bearings before. New to me.
What I don't get at this point, is according to the FSM, I have an ABS speed sensor, but I don't have abs, because my axles done have the extra gear thingy on them
What gives?
