If it's the pulley on the front of the motor at the bottom(crankshaft pulley) just go to a junkyard and pick one off.
sorry didnt see the pics the first time. I would still think you could get it at a junkyard.

huh, well that's odd
yeah I'd try an find one in a junk yard some where
that would be a 22re motor
just bring a 17mm and a breaker bar with you and bust it free; MOST of the time you wont need a puller to get it off the crank, it'll just wiggle right off
you'rs having 3 grooves is for an AC equipped vehicle. if all you can find is one without AC, grab it anyway! cause you can remove that outter most pulled and put it on the replacement you picked up from the junkyard just by removing and reinstalling 4 bolts
also, when you get the broken one off, you may want to consider replacing the front main seal; it looks like yours might be leaking a little
pretty easy to do; a new seal is maybe $5 at any auto parts store; it just pop's in at the front of the oil pump, right where that pulley assembly (or harmonic balancer) goes on

ummmmm, I don't think you'd have to; I do believe there should be enough room there to slide it off the crank
but you might have to get the fan out of the way (a whole 4 bolts)
but I'm not 100% sure about that

Piece of cake to pull the radiator out. Drain coolant into a bucket, can be reused if relatively new. 4 bolts hold the shroud on, 4 bolts hold the radiator in place. Removing it will give you more room to work and also avoid potential damage to it in case a tool slips and bangs into it.

Keep in mind that when you put that crankshaft bolt back on to hold the harmonic balancer, you will have to have some way of keeping the motor from turning while you put the proper amount of torque on the crankshaft bolt. I believe that it calls for 185 ft lb on the 3vze engine so I am not sure what it would be on the 22R, but you must torque that bolt on. You do not want that thing coming loose while running.

Might have better luck if you use a 19mm socket.

glad to hear you got her fixed
don't ya just love it when what seems like a MAJOR problem turns out to be something fixable just by removing and reinstalling 1 bolt, lol
