looks awesome! I'm completely jealous! How long did it take? Your suspension looks pretty rust free, unlike mine.

With the help from my bro Roy, the sas was started after work on a Friday and completed early Monday morning around 3 am. Not including the axle rebuild of course. If I recall the elocker took about 7 hours.

Just wanted to say again thanks to Roy for all his help with this project!
I couldn't have done it all otherwise!

Mark for his unlimited knowladge and opinions and of course the 85 solid axle and locker

I dunno how I feel about your approach. All gratification, no foreplay. No in-between pictures or buildup info?

Lookin good though! Look at em knuckle gussets, axle truss, big armor, 2" (right?) spacers, and shiny new v6 rotors and calipers. What's that, a trailgear 3" SAS? Nice elocker and diff breathers. Somebodddddy bought new thirds (from marlin?)!

Definitely ditch those coils. What gears you running? Have any front shackle hittin on the body mount issues (dunno if that's more a 84-89 truck and runner issue...)?

Nice runner, I saw your thread on bc4x4. I really like the way it sits, how much lift are you running, 35's?

The sas is 4" Marlin kit,the nuckle gussets, truss etc are Trailgear.

so far no shackle clearence issues and I'm running 5.29's and ye can't wait to ditch the coils, have a Marlin 5" leafs kit sitting on the floor!!!!!
