Problems with front sway bar

So I had both sway bars removed on my 91 4runner V6 manual trans and Im getting ready to sell the vehicle now so I need to put the sway bars back on. Problem is I can't get the front sway bar back on correctly! I got it on with the frame mounts and the control arm mounts secure, but the problem is that the sway bar is rubbing on the front drive shaft! Something is screwed up and I can't figure it out. Has anyone else run into this problem before?

flip it over

sounds like you've installed it bass ackwards

here's a pic showing how it installs; this is the exact orientation it's in when bolted up

take close note to the bends and dips in it

The brackets that hold the bar to the frame are probably turned around. It sounds like they're probably pushing the anti-sway bar forward into the ds. Try flipping those brackets around or switching which side they're on.

Ya, Im a dumb ass. As soon as I wrote this post I went back out to the garage and realized that it needed to be flipped around AND its not supposed to go on top of the drive shaft. The rear anti sway bar DOES go over the drive shaft but the front one does NOT. So, obviously it was an easy fix. One of those things where you spend 60 minutes doing something that should have taken 10. Thanks guys.
