Powersteering question

90 4 runnner, ifs
my powersteering works but loses fluid, no evident leaks.
I have found that the 2 vaccume hoses on the bottom of the pump are sucking up the fluid and spitting it into the upperintake.
Is there an easy way to fix this?
Or do I need a new pump?
Thanks,

Did you put power steering fluid in the pump, or automatic transmission fluid?

The toyota Power steering pump uses ATF, not PS fluid
