Power windows/locks
I have a 1990 Ext cab and it must not be the SR5 model, beacuse it has manual windows and locks, cheap bench seat, cheap door panels.
My question is has anyone ever converted from manual windows to power, What do i need to do, what parts do i need.
I was thinking of just finding a pair of donner doors that came with pwr windows and locks. and bolting them in. Does anyone know off hand if my truck is prewired for the pwr windows? or do I need to pull wiring harnesses from a donner?
Are there any relays or any thing I would need?
I also want to change out the bench and put in buket seats and a center console.
What year interiors fit in the 90? Do any of the newer toyota seats fit?
Thanks!

well i dunno about the manual to power door swap try lookin at an sr5 fuse block then back at yours look for the empty plugs where the the power windows hook up the seats how ever take a little creativity i took a set of bucket seats from an 86 and had to modify the hole for the front inside bolt the center console u will hve to take the brakets with it and mount them in the cab

If you find power doors its a fairly simple wiring to make them work. Really all you need is to supply +12 and ground to each door. A four relays and your good to go. If you want remote control of the other door you just have to run jumper wires to the other door.
I've done it on a couple of old vehicles. It sounds complicated, but its really not.
