Please Help Me Identify this Belly Pan Location

1989 4runner, 6 cylinder, auto.
Hello, I just put my 1st Gen on the road. I am sure it must be obvious to some, but I can't figure out where this protective plate came from (underneath). Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Michael
