Please help asap

I have a 91 toyota pickup motor just rebuilt only has 2300 miles on it this morning on way home from work was doing great got about half way home and the higher the rpm when in gear wanted to start spitting and studering but if I put the truck in neutral you can hold it to the floor and it doesn't do it bout to check the plugs and wires and timing just need to know what else it could possibly be

Was the fuel filter changed when the engine was done??

I can only guess all the tune up parts were new

With no load the engine will run fine

I'm not sure I'm checking that new the fuel pump plugs wires and everything were new gonna check the fuel pump and possibly the egr valve

I think if you can narrow the problem down a little it would be easier to diagnose. If it started acting like this suddenly but was working before, sounds like something has broken or come apart.
