Please Help Appraise this 86 Toyota Pickup 4x4

So I was proposed a trade for my dirt bike, which I am selling at $2900 obo... He offered me a 1986 Lifted Toyota 4x4 pickup, with a custom flat bed (not really a flat bed in my opinion though.).

Here is a list of things I know:

Toyo Tires 33x14.5 (They don't make them that wide for 33s?)
Rock Crawler Wheels
The custom flat bed, it now has LED lights on the back.
Has the 22RE motor with 33k miles on it. The body has over 200k on it.
Valves need adjusting due to RV Cam.
It needs new CV Axle.

Please let me know what you think this is worth... Also, can you let me know if there is a place I can buy a bed, or how much a junk yard would charge for one... Not a fan of flat beds. If I do get it, I plan on painting it and fixing the stuff he has told me is wrong, so far...

Please help me out thanks,

I dunno if it's $2900 worth of truck, IMO...

maybe if it had a solid axle under the front

but as is, I would say $2000 - $2250, AT MOST

I would say its not worth more than 2000 dollars, because it needs some work.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah, I think I will pass, it seems like a sketchy deal, since he is trying to get the Title for it... might be in the middle of making a fake title, lol.

Just found a 99 Tacoma lifted with brand new 33s for $4500, like mint, I think I am going to jump on this deal.
