pistons and rings

ha all,,can u replace the pistons and ring without taking the crank out,i heard the only way the pistons can come out of a 22r is from the top is this correct???o ya and the bearings...http://www.engnbldr.com/

Yes, you can take them out from the top with the crank in the truck.

See the other rebuild threads about replacing pistons, rings, and bearings without proper machine work.

Anything worth doing, is worth doing right. Doing something twice sucks.......been there and ain't doing it again.
