Pickup Replacement Parts Gen 6
Hi
I am new to this board. I am helping my dad restore his 1994 Toyota pickup. I was mine for eight years. I wheeled the crap out of this truck I thought it would never die. It finally died in 2004. The motor had 267,000 miles on it. It?s not blown the head gasket went on it, the number 4 cylinder ring is shot. It is leaking form every seal, and the exhaust manifold is cracked. The body is rust free. The Frame is rooted out, but we found a new one at the local yard. Is there companies Repopping part for the Gen six trucks. I tried TAP Recycling and had good luck. I just looking for more sources.

It seems odd to refer to it as a Gen 6 truck.
Generally, everyone refers to 89 to 95.5 as a 2nd, or maybe 3rd gen if refering to a truck. I guess we stick to first and second becasue the 4runners were new in the mid 80's and the generation categories bled over to the trucks. ??? the actual 1st and 2nd gen trucks are so rare, they are barely ever discussed.
