i dont know anything about power steering but if it is good left then possible a hose or something is clogged for it to turn right? that could be completely off but its an idea

A problem with your rotary valve sounds likely.
For future reference, you can do the fluid flush yourself, for the cost of a couple of bottles of ATF. See my writeup here.

Well, I figured it out. I went and bought a new steering head, put it on, and it did the same thing. Then I discovered a bleeder screw on the steering head. So when I bleed all the air out, it was fixed. BTW, NAPA has remans for $300+/-.
