Old Man Emu leaves matching front and rear height
So, my IFS on my 1993 4x4 Regular Cab is feeling horrible because it is 22 years old now and has never been worked on. I'm thinking about SAS this year. I have Old Man Emu 2" lift springs in the rear and I'm wondering (Correct me if I'm wrong) if the 79-85 front solid axle 2" lift springs are what I would use to level this out. This truck is a daily for me and I'm not going to use it for extreme wheeling or anything so I'm trying to keep it low-ish.

you may need to look through SAS builds and ask people to measure the resulting height of their front SAS. this question depends on several factors since you'll be using aftermarket stuff and too many variables.
i know my OME rears are at 22.5" from center of axle to bottom of fender with stock shackles. if the front ended up taller you could either raise the rear a little bit with some longer shackles or adding a leaf, etc; you could also keep a low front by installing a low-profile or recessed spring hanger for example. heck, the ultimate way would be to skip front leafs all together and go with a linked/coil setup and get whatever height you want.

I suspect you might have better luck asking these questions in the solid axle swap forum: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f152/
