Oil Burning 1995 4runner

Hey dudes, and chicks as well,
Hey I have a question I simply need answered ASAP.
I am filling my engine oil 2 QUARTS at least every 200 miles due to burning oil and need to know if this is a bad sign and what the problem is directly?
It has tons of power with 35 inch tires lifted, ABSOLUTELY NO LEAKING OIL, and is the 3.slow 1994 4runner automatic transmission with 145,000 miles on it.
(I am definitely surprised that this baby burns off the tires in 2nd gear)
The top end of the engine has been rebuilt and also a bigger Cam K&N etc.
Why is it burning so much oil and how long will it last?
Do you think I will need a rebuilt bottom end or maybe the transmission is sucking the oil from the engine???
My A/T OIL TEMP light has clicked on and turned off 3 times when I was driving from oregon to washington and whenever I am driving long long distances on the freeway. What Should I do?

Any hints??

You have to notice something, that much oil just does not vanish?

If you were leaking a tenth of that you would have oil everywhere. You can burn that much oil and not have much smoke IF you have a good CAT. Soon your CAT and o2 sensor will be ruined though. If you are not leaking, then you are burning it through worn/stuck oil rings, worn cylinders. You can burn quite a bit through worn valve stem seals also, but not the amount you are loosing.
