Noise On Downshift. Video Included.

Noise finally caught up to me. Made this original post this past September. Suddenly couldn't get the truck out of reverse - neither while it was idling or with the engine shut off. Messed with it for 5 min or so and finally got it into first gear. Had 20 min to drive home. Headed out and after driving for a few minutes something banged and clunked and there was suddenly a loud chattering and vibrations that I could feel coming up through the shifter. The chattering mostly subsided after a few seconds. Didn't dare shift again. Left it right in fourth gear and drove the rest of the way home without shifting again as it was fortunately a straight shot home. Mild metallic chattering and vibrations as I drove. Other than that it went right along in fourth gear without anymore major problems. I don't know what would have happened if I tried to shift.
Could this possibly be a throw out bearing or pilot bearing failure? Or something internal within the tranny itself?
