No spark on my work truck.. URGENT PLEASE!

Was driving my 86 4 runner (stock 22r, fuel injected, new/good plug, wires, and cap) last night when it cut out on me. I now have NO spark. Can someone PLEASE give me the quick diagnosis steps for finding the problematic link in my ignition system?

IE: Which is the ignition fuse, and relay.

How do i determine if the coil is 1. gettting power 2. the coil is good?

I am desperate and need the truck for work tomorrow, so any help would be greatly appriciated.

Advice would be to beg borrow or steal a factory service manual - they used to have them up over at 4x4wire.com.

Coil can be tested.. To see if it's getting power, with the ignition on, verify you have 12v the terminals and a ground. The coil gets charged when switched to ground, so it should have 12v with the ignition on.

Check the signal generator in your distributor - make sure the distributor is turing, there are two wires coming out of it.. It should generate AC voltage when you crank over the truck.

Diagnosing the ECU and ignitor are harder.. Need a manual.
