No high beams

I searched the forums but nothing seemed to fit my issue... had the truck about 8 months... low beams work fine.. Highbeams = no light and pulling back (flash) also is no light, is it a problem in the colum or do I need to replace the headlights all together?

First get a wiring schematic for you truck and pull the connector off and check it for power going to the high beam, if there is power then it is the high beams are burned out and you will need a new bulb or sealed beam depending on your truck.

If you don't have power, then work your way back checking wiring and components till you find it.

It seems like your turn signal switch is bad. It also controls the high beams.
I had to replace mine on my 94. Fixed all my problems.
I would make sure both of your bulbs are good though. Mine would work when I pulled back on it.

when i got my 4runner i thought i had the same problem u are describing, so i jumped into it with checking wiring and all, couldn't see any problems. so i said what the hell lets get a headlight and replace it and see what i get.... put it in and all worked like it should, both headlight high beams where burned out. might want to just get a new bulb and try that first.
