NGK BKR5EKB II in a 3.0 Is it possible?

So I have a set of NGK BKR5EKB II (the dual electrode copper plugs) They are just sitting there in the box still in my garage. I was going to put them on my 98 3.4 but never got around to it and sold it a while back. I have two 95 3.0's. I dont want to go to the Autozone and buy new ones without the extra electrode if these will work. I wouldnt know what to gap it though. I looked all over but never saw a post on it. One of my 4runners came with and still has Bosch 4 point platnium or whatever and it's fine. I think i will give it a shot with just 1 plug and if it explodes and opens a black hole then I am sorry and take full responsibility.

the heat range may be too hot or too cold for the motor and could foul the plugs constantly. I believe they plugs are also different dimentions and may not fit as they should.
