Newbie project. First post
Hey everyone I recently purchased a 1993 Toyota pick up thats 2WD 4 Cyl 5 speed stick. The previous owner had a weapon r secret weapon filter, acura bucket sests, eagle rims w/ falcon offroad maximum size w/o a lift And fabtech upper a arms. The seats and after market intake was not installed so i went ahead and installed all that. While the old seats were out i detailed the carpets with some super hot water and a little soap and alot of scrubbing. The new seats are in but they sit to high for me. Id like to out in some 93 4runner seats but i cant seem to get my hands on any. The sound system has 4 inch speaker tweeter combo in the doors and two kicker comps that are rated at 150watts@ 2 ohms. Id like to run my speakers and sub to either One four or five channel amp or just two separate amps but i can't decide. My clutch is starting to go out on 154k miles and im not shure if its been replaced So I purchased a complete Luk clutch kit. The sparkplugs and wires were just replaced but it looks like the valve seal cover is leaking and theres a consistant lifter noise type spuddering as im giving it gas. I took it to the irvine hills and it seemed to handle it good but my front wheels rub and i was wonderjng if someone could help me out with that. Iv read on there the. Chevy leaf spring swap but know nothing about it. I also ordered a fuel filter that i still need to put in when i changed my oil. I added a half a bottle of the lucas additive to the oil i put in. I also just replaced the radiator wit a new oem replacment. If someone with some experience could help me out with some pointers/tips that would be appriciated.
