New truck clutch change tips an advice

Hey guys first post on here I bought a 1994 4runner 3.0 v6 5speed 4x4 it needs a new clutch. Has brand new master and slave cylinder with no air in the lines so it must be the clutch. Need advice on what brand to get ac delco has a life warranty on it and is half the price of exedy and it only has 3 month warranty. Also while I'm down there what about gear oil for the trans diff, and rear end? Thanks guys. First toyota and I love it so far

I don't know anything about the 3.0 but pretty sure you can change tranny and transfer case oil whenever. I would most definitely change your rear main seal, best time to do it.

Welcome !!

Most would say to go With the Aisin Clutch kit .

I think Marlin Crawlers clutch kit would be my choice

Just what makes you think it is the clutch Slipping ?? Will not Shift into gear without grinding??

Gear oil sae 75w90 This is what is called for but it is a personal choice

I used 85W140 for years

Always remove the fill plugs first

Hey guys that's for the replys, and yes it has new master and slave cylinders, i can start it in first and get the sweet spot in each gear and shift with out the clutch it's completely burnt out it has 180,xxx miles and idk when it was changed last so I'm sure it's that time and I have only owned for about two weeks

Wouldn't I have to take apart the entire motor for the rear main?

No. The rear main is accessed from the back of the engine. You just need to remove the flywheel to get to it. Since you'll already have it off to get resurfaced/replaced it's the perfect time since it's a lot to do again if it starts leaking down the road.
