New Toyota Project!

Hey guys! I've been lurking on here for a few months now while looking to buy my first pickup and I finally got one!
I picked up a 91' Toyota Reg Cab, 22re, 5spd with 195k on it. Was pretty filthy when I got it.
The kid probably never got it a car wash in over a year and mud and dirt caked the entire frame and bottom of the truck.
So I gave her a good cleaning and it looks great now. From looking around on here I've learned a whole lot about these little four bangers and I have many plans for her.

As of now she needs a bit of a tune-up and some new tires which I plan on getting next week once I take care of insurance and registration.
I have a couple of buddies all pushing over 300k with their toyotas so I'm hoping I still got a good 100k left on it!

Great find, man! Welcome to Yotatech!

Check in here as you start to figure this lil sewing machine out.... Many of us have been through them quite a bit(some much more than me, but I know my way around it pretty well).

Have fun, and keep us informed as to what you find. You'll get plenty of help as you need it.

Haha yeah. Inside is decent, got some rips in the seat which I plan to reupholster and I need to give the carpet a good scrub otherwise I'll just replace it.

Planning on getting some tires later in the week since I'll be getting paid. Possibly 31x10.5 BFG A/T? Anyone know of any other tire size or brand that'll run good with 4.10 gears?
