new clutch noise

ok so just had a new clutch kit put in along with a new flywheel and rear main in my 94 pickup 22re 2wd. all work done by my local longtime shop. It definitely is better now with no slipping. But when i am in 4th or 5th gear running 45-50 and i gun it there is a strange sound that goes away after i hit around 55. it almost sounds like when you are on a dirt road and sand and dirt is hitting the inner fenders. almost like a really fast rattle kind of. it only does it when running lower rpms around 50 and you get on the gas hard to accelerate then it does it for a few seconds then goes away. didnt do this before the new clutch and flywheel. im pretty sure it is not coming from the engine. Is there some sort of breakin that i am experiencing and it will go away after i put some miles on it? or do i need to go back to the shop and have them take a look at it. the work is warrantied and i bought all parts from them. just wondering if this is a big deal or not. its not a really loud noise and you really cant hear it unless the windows are rolled up but it is noticeable.

Who knows, that can be anything. Sounds are very rarely diagnosed by descriptions alone. Video would go a long way on this...any answer without this is really a shot in the dark.

When I did my clutch, I never really had to break it in. It just worked with no chatter and no noises.

Sounds like spark knock, now that the clutch isn't slipping, you are putting more load on the engine, so my first instinct would be to check the timing.
