with the clutch replacement just take your time and be anal about EVERYTHING. there should be line up plugs in the back of the block for lining up the bell housing, make sure those are implace before you reinstall tranny.
just keep it clean and take your time. good luck!

Make sure the flywheel is machined with the little step in it.
Get a tranny jack (it will be MUCH easier!!!) or adapter. Take your time
If you want loud, get a glasspack. I set off car alarms at full throttle

wont notice much speed from a clutch but you can change gears and it will grab quickly!
there is like 10 bolts all around the engine .. and there is two for sure coming from the front side back into the tranny...
took me about a month to really plan and do the job but i had never done anything bigger than brakes before that.. i did it 100 percent by myself
i was so proud when i took her around the block and i actually did it!
enjoy working on the rig with you father and get er doned because youll save coin and know for next time BECAUSE YOUR HOOK ON YOTAS NOW MUAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

nice, thats funny: clutch, exaust
cuz in the past 3 weeks i did my clutch ( twice) and just put a 40 series flow on and tmrw i put on my complete budbuilt kit. The first time we put a brand new clutch kit in I was more of a helper/observer , then days later after relizing I got a bad throw out, and hours of research I was the guy wishing i had a better way of jacking the trans. Its complicated but after seeing it done once and all the bolts being recently free'd not too bad. Night #1 like 12 pack, night#2 like 18 pack ) with a helper or too! Take your time, i had a problem getting it to line back up and tighten down smoothly.
The 40 series on my rig isn't loud at all. I was kinda worried. Perfect if you ask me. Some people that have ridden with me didn't even notice until I told them.
