Need some diagnosing help

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could determine what problem(s) I may have. First off My brake fluid reservoir keeps losing fluid it takes about a week and I have to fill it again and it looks as though it is leaking from right behind the front passenger side wheel because there is a small puddle there where I park. The second problem I have is I replaced my fuel filter awhile ago and since then every so often I go to start the truck and it will turn over about 15-20 times before it starts. It seems to do it more when I have less than a 1/2 a tank of gas and not so much when the tank is full. I'm just fishing to see if someone might be able to help me diagnose these problems before I spend money to do so......Thanks

yep, check around the caliper for signs of leakage, check the flexible hose where it bolts up to the steel line behind the wheel, check the steel line itself, the tee fitting, etc. over there. if it's leaking, something's bound to be wet.

for the fuel issue, disconnect the fuel line to the cold start valve and have someone else turn the key and try to start the truck. if it takes a while for fuel to start coming out of the fuel line (be sure to stop cranking when you see fuel), the fuel filter could be backwards, the fuel line may have a restriction in it, the fuel pressure regulator or pulse dampener could be failing or you may have a restriction in the return line to the tank.
also check that the fuel pump is running when the key is turned to start. you'll have to have someone else try to start it while you listen around the fuel tank.
