Need opinion on front end accident.
I was recently involved in an(other) accident.
So my already messed up front end just got even worse.
Right now, I have a new driver's side headlight on it's way. The grill is still mountable, the passenger side is fine. What would you guys do in this situation? Yes, that is a passenger's side headlight on the driver's side. For some reason I had a spare.
I was thinking of taking the bumper off, and buying a light bar of some kind and mount headlights onto there, as the headlights in my truck are already messed up. Any sort of canyon or mountain at night is a no-go, and I have to drive with my high-beams on while I'm in the city.
My vision: Kylron it desert tan, black wheels, black tube bumper with some kind of headlight replacements mounted on them. I don't even care much about the driver's side fender.
But with the pics i've posted, what would you guys do?

I'd be putting better headlights in it for one. don't hack at it and put headlights on an aftermarket bumper. Most states won't allow that anyway. PA allows us to use aux lights on our bumpers, but only if the highbeams are allowed to be on. Rememebr there is other people on the road other than yourself and please don't blind them by driving with your highbeams on. I have a set of Sylvania Silverstar sealed beams in mine. Worth every penny that I spent on them. $40 for the two. I don't know if yours has sealed beams or not if not, then it's time to replace those housings and get a good set of bulbs.

i agree with xxxtreme;
do your best to fix it correctly, you'll be happier if you do it that way because you won't have to worry about a potential ticket, and then you can take your time to work up a light bar/rack and not have to have it as an integral part of driving at night.
Also i really would advise against driving with your highbeams, even though it may seem really dim to you, the incoming traffic might not think so with high beams...tends to piss people off and in the worst situation, you might end up in another collision because of it.

The reason I drive with highbeams on, is because the headlights are pointed downward, and my 4runner being a little lifted in the rear doesn't help.
Also, a lot of the mounting brackets and mounting places on the front end are bent out of whack.
Would you guys just go to a collision center?

A friend of mine has a '93, i'm going to ask him to come over and swap some parts with me just to check and see if everything still mounts up with little-to-no trouble.
I'll post back with my findings, thanks guys.

if your core support is bent in like mine was i used a high lift jack against the firewall and pushed it back out going side to side and then got out the big hammer and got it close then the hammer and dolly got it close enough to get headlight back in that were pointing ok, if you look at my avatar you would never know i smashed in the front except for the new bumper off an 01 taco, it looks better than the 95 bumper
