Need help identifying VSV vacuum switching valve on my fender well

I have an '89 3.0 4runner and I'm trying to identify out of the four valves on my fender well which one is the VSV (vacuum switching valve). I was really hoping someone out there had a factory wiring diagram manual they could look at and tell me what the color of the wires are going to this valve so I could then distinguish it from the other three valves I have on my truck.

VSV for what? Aren't the fender-mounted VSV's for the differential disconnect and cruise control?

(sorry, don't have a v6 so not sure).
