Need help with getting my 22re running! PLEASE HELP!

So bought a rebuilt 22re recently and put it in my 88 toyota pickup, I started it up for the first time and everything was fine, no smoke or weird noises or anything, it did idle a little high. Once it warms up though, the idle starts jumping around and the throttle will only respond when the idle spikes and stops once it drops back down (the throttle acts fine before it starts jumping around though).. I jumped the diagnostics terminals and got 3 codes, 24-air intake temp sensor signal, 31-air flow meter signal (vacuum sensor signal?) and 41- throttle position sensor signal.. Does anyone know what could cause all three of those to be triggered? I checked all the vac hoses and they apear to be hooked up correctly although there could be a small leak? Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Well I got the air intake temp sensor code and the air flow meter signal (vacuum sensor signal) cleared by replacing a coupple vac hoses that werent tight and cleaning the afm but it is still pulling #41 which is the throttle sensor code and is still doing the same thing as before.. I did find out that if i push the throttle back by hand so it pushed the plunger that goes the the small pod or diaphram or whatever down that the problem stops? Any ideas?
