Red face

Every thing else hooked up correct ??

Good grounds for the ECU??

Just how are you testing for spark ??

Coil polarity correct ??

Has this ever run ?? Did it come to you as a project ??

Coils don`t often go bad if they were working

Have you tested the coil primary and secondary resistance ??

Primary 0.5 to 0.7 Ohms

Secondary 11.4 to 15.6 K ohms

If you don`t have a Multi Meter now is a good time

Even per the FSM there really is not a way to test the Igniter. Do a search on Scope103, he has a way of possibly test the Igniter. The Igniter is one part I get from the boneyard and is where I just use it for testing. More then likely the coil is what is at fault and the coil is easily checked.

I checked it by pulling plug wire first then coil wire and then actually at the coil clean and replaced the grounds and checked all the wires coming in and everything is good
