Need Climate control assembly

Hey guys im new to this forum but I have just about complete me 88 pickup restoration. I am having no luck finding a climate control assembly with cables or without them. Im pretty sure the don't make it anymore. I need one bad. Put new ac on and trying to push the knob side to side is rough you have to hit it and jerk it from hot to cold. Any ideas???? Also I could use a new dash pad if anyone makes one.

If the HOT/COLD lever is really hard to move, you probably DO NOT need a new control cluster.

What you need is a new heater control valve - what the lever is trying (but having difficulty) actuating.
They are available.
The are kind of $
but replacing it does NOT entail mounds of dash board assembly and disassembly

Scroll down to OE Heater Valves...

I took the face all of the dash and shined a light in as I tried to push the lever for the hot and cold back and forth and it looks like the plastic part where they all come together is jumping out I think something is broke and that the valve that you're talking about is it located under the hood near the brake booster
