Need Advice for Rebuilt Engine 90 4Runner SR5 V6
So, my baby needs a new heart. I've got 280,000 miles on the original engine and it is time for a new one. I had the heads done, new gaskets, etc about three years ago and the shop that did it completely screwed me over. They stripped the spark plug holes, didn't shim correctly, etc. So here's my question: I am looking at buying a Marshall Engines rebuilt engine. Good price, but I was wondering if anyone has any good/bad experiences to share about their engines. Also, I'm confused about the motor mount bosses. One engine I'm looking at says there are 4 motor mount bosses on the passenger side of engine and the other engine has 6 motor mount bosses. My Hanes manual didn't help clear any of that up. And just an FYI, I plan on replacing the timing belt, tensioners, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and installing a high-flow oil pump for the new engine, as well as, any other necessaties that pop up. I just want to make sure I buy the correct motor (and a quality rebuilt motor at that). I do not drive my 4Runner like a bat outta hell; it is used for driving around town with a once a month 45 mile round trip, straight shot freeway drive. I don't tow with it or drive up/down mountains. Thanks in advance for any advice/help. I love my 4Runner, even though it's been a pain in the ass recently, that's why I'm putting the time/effort/money into it!

The engine I'm looking at buying says it comes with 4 motor mount bosses. I don't think I'm going to be able to find the 6 motor mount boss engine. Would I be okay with the 4? Also, not sure if this makes a difference, but it is a 4WD 4Runner. Sorry to sound stupid, I just really want to make sure I get the right engine!
