Mystery miss in 88 pickup

My '88 Toyota pickup 22RE 2WD (65k original miles) is running on 3 cylinders - missing on cylinder 3. Removing the spark plug wire at idle has no effect. Compression is 175 for all cylinders, getting a good spark, new spark plugs, fuel injectors have been removed, checked and replaced. You can hear injector clicking with a stethoscope. Air flow meter, power relay, fuel pump relay, fuel filter all replaced. Suggestions, please. I'm desperate.
