Are my vacuum hoses set up wrong?

I just bought this 1995 4runner and this is also my first toyota. I've tried looking at the factory manuels, but it seems my 95' has a an extra vaccum tube on the throttle body that I can't seem to figure out where it connects (correctly). Right now I have a vaccum hose running from the charcol canister to the to the vaccum hose on the throttle body facing the cab instead of the fender, like the other three. And ass of right now there is only one hose plugged into the TVV

The port on the throttle body (with your canister line) is supposed to be blocked off with a small rubber nipple. The line from the canister goes to the TVV (Thermal Vacuum Valve) at the back of the intake manifold (against the firewall). I'm going to guess that the TVV-throttle body vacuum line is still there.

The TVV is located in a harsh environment; the plastic body gets fragile, and the nipples on the valve break off. I suspect that's what you'll find. There are those on this site who report successfully fixing the TVV (just search), but I ended up just buying a new one.

I hate to reopen this thread but what hose goes on the bottom nipple of the tvv I know that one goes to the puge valve of the charlcoal canister but the other one I am kinda confused with... when I bought the truck all the hoses were broken or not attached.
