My truck was stolen but I got it back and need some help
so i was gone for over a year. My wife had my truck. One night they stole it took it in the desert and jack the cat, wheels and tires stereo wiring, my seat and most of all my positive battery terminal with some electrical. my truck was recovered the next day
so i got back last week and i could of cried. so i need a new seat a cat and some wiring info.
Any have pics of the wiring from their positive battery cable and also let me know what wires should be connected to the positive side. I know the starter is one
thanks for the info

glad to hear you got it back myron.
think its just the alternator and starter that should be connected to your positive
if you want a pickup to look at the wiring ill most liekly be available you can look at my truck.

thats rough. At least now you have a good opportunity to swap out bench for buckets! Also a good opportunity to upgrade the cable size on the wires you have to replace. Take some pictures of the areas where you have missing bits and maybe I could be of somewhat more assistance. If I had no wheels or tires, I'd be looking for a cheap set of wheels on craigslist (like these - http://phoenix.craigslist.org/cph/pts/1362294514.html), and be getting retread tires from treadwright (like these - http://www.treadwright.com/shopNowre...15&next=+Next+), junkyard bucket seats (like these - http://phoenix.craigslist.org/wvl/pts/1338438276.html)
Anyhow, post pics if for no other reason than a set of 'before' shots. Good luck getting it back up and running - and remember, you can't kill one of these things without serious effort. Sometimes serious effort isnt even enough - look for Top Gear trying to kill that poor hilux surf!

That really sucks to hear. Every year the gov. puts out stats on which vehicles get stolen the most each year and Toyota pickups are very close to the top every year. Mine had had 4 smashed windows and 5 different theft atempts. Lucky for my I undo my battery terminal besides it doesn't run all that great.
