My new Trail Gear rear bumper

I don't post pics much so I figured I'd put up a few of my trail gear bumper I put on a few weeks ago. I just hit it with some primer and flat black rustoleum and I think it looks pretty good. It also weighs about half as much as the old crappy aftermarket steel bumper that was on there before.

Looks good. I sell a lot of those. Got one for my 90 2 door 4Runner build.

Well my rear frame on the passenger side was tweaked from an accident so I had to do a lot of beating and prying to get it on, then I just ended up slowly backing it into a telephone pole to push it on the rest of the way. I imagine with a straight frame it would have fit very easily.

LOL, I wondered if someone would ask....

My TG rear bumper was technically too narrow. I had to grind the leading edge of the mounts so I could get it onto the frame. Then I had to use a sledge hammer and floor jack to get it into place. I would have NOT been happy if I had powder coated the stupid thing.

I've got compliments on mine but I'm just lukewarm on it. It didn't fit nearly as good as Scotty's front bumper.
