My new (old) truck
I realized this morning that I'v been on here asking questions about my new truck without ever putting up pics or telling y'all about it. How rude of me!
I have been looking for a hunting truck for a little while and finally found the perfect one for me. the other morning while taking the kids to school, I stopped to ask this older guy about selling me his little Toyota 4x4 (which is what I've been looking for). Just so happens, this guy just bought a new truck a couple of days earlier and said sure, I'll sell it to you.
Anyway, the truck is a 89 Toyota 4x4 regular cab with a 22RE and 5 speed. This man bought it brand new in 89 and has taken REMARKABLE care of it. It has dings and scratches from use(which is fine with me), and has ZERO RUST! The interior and engine bay look like they have been in a time capsule. Every oil change, for 19yrs, is written in the owners manual, along with every tire rotation. The truck only has 118,000 miles on it also. I don't think that I could find a better original condition 89...especially not for $2800. I'm thrilled!!
Plans are BJ spacers, 4.88s, 33-10.50 KM2s, and black wheels.
