I have 8" shackles right now with the blocks just so I can keep level with the front... soon I'm going to go down to 3in springs in the front and ditch the blocks and run 38s with longfields.. right now money is not around for new suspension.

THANKS!! my first plan was to just run a spool in the rear, open front with 410 gears f/r. My friend then offered to sell his loaded 3rd member with 5.29s and the ARB for 300bux so that pushed that project a better direction.

Not a fan of the color scheme...to each his own.
Other than that the general concept is what I want.

kinda looks like my old K5 that was painted like a cow that had "got milk" on the back of it. but when I was rollin 42s in the middle of suburbia on my daily driver I didnt really care about all the laughs I got.![]() Wheelin' pics are on another computer so ill post some urban shots... the only thing that has changed in the looks on this rig is the "bed" is covered in diamond plate and the front grille. Specs are as follows stock 22r,t-case,tranny toy axles 529s f/r ARB front welded rear onboard air 63" chevys rear stock toy rears upfront rear disc snorkel made from pvc and duct tape 39.5 TSLs next week he will have longfields highsteer crossover square shafts ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Yes I know blocks again... but so far he as done quite well.. very skilled driver and has no love for the skinney pedal and is not a fan of the rocks. vary rarely does he brake anything execpt the occasional birfield and driveshaft. As for me I run pretty much the same suspension/drivetrain BUT I love the rocks, and love the gas even more. and the more body damage I get on my truck the better!!!!!!I'm goin a different direction then he and adding and second t-case and waaaay more rock protection in the near future |

I kinda like the Blazer. I think it's because it reminds of those Chic-fil-A commercials. "Eat more chiken". Those of you in the North may not have any idea what I'm talking about. Too bad good food.
