My 22re is burning a lot of antifreeze?
As soon as I start my truck it builds pressure in the radiator real fast , and has a lot of white smoke out the tail pipe, so I am pretty sure it is burning antifreeze? So I think It has a bad Head Gasket, but I did a compression check and got 180 psi across all four? So do you guys still think it is the head gasket? My plan is to buy a rebuild head, and change the head gasket and timing chain? And I think that should solve my problem? What do you guys think? thanks.

Anytime you have coolant issues, your first test should be a coolant pressure test. A leak can be external to the combustion chamber and a compression test would show normal. But it does sound like a HG leak...
