Mini Tune-up (with pics)
Replaced cap, rotor and air filter, also got new bolts for the rear license plate, put stock skid back on, and took off roof rack cross's.
Already put Mobil1 in, NGK sparks, NGK wires, ISR mod (that was a beach to do)
Hopefully this picks up my measly mileage and restores a little power (been sluggish)
Yea the air filter was nasty.
Question though, does my cap & rotor look done, or did it still have life left?
After this tank of gas I'll post some MPG figures. (Dates back to since I got it in October, 10k miles)

your camera takes good close-ups, lol.
the rotor is surely shot, and the cap looks like it was manufactured wrong and was wearing irregularly. for the price of them, it never hurts to replace them when in doubt.
it has to run better now, just by looking at the old parts.
EDIT:
btw, make sure your coil wire, as well as all the others, are on all the way; till the snap into place. on the old one, it looks like the coil wire was a little loose on the cap and it caused a little arcing and burning...
EDIT: ... AGAIN...
nevermind, that's the top of the rotor... that's normal...
but still, make sure the wires are tight, lol

Thanks iamsuperbleeder
Yea I figured by the color that it was shot, lol.
I def can notice a difference. Idle is smoother, and by tracking needle movement with miles traveled, I can tell MPG has increased (I have this down to an art).
And yes, all wires are secure, lol.
Also, can you tell which air filter is Fram, and which one is OEM?
